Being sick sucks…

So I was all ready to write a big post today about the projects I’ve recently finished and some that I’m working on, when I woke up with the mother of all colds.

It was bad enough that I didn’t feel like knitting all day (that’s when you can tell I”m really sick), so I spent the day in bed, reading and sleeping.

I hope to feel better tomorrow so that I can take pictures and show off my new things, I’m so proud of what I’ve finished. Until then, I’m going back to bed with a NeoCitron.

Prettifying things

So I’ve now got a pretty header and my blog is more than just the default. Not sure how much I like the image though, I may take some pictures of my knitting to make a series of headers that I change on a regular basis.

This current one though, shows my two favourite hobbies, Costuming, and Knitting. This picture was actually submitted to the first Knitty Calendar but wasn’t chosen (probably because cramming a bunch of yarn into your bedroom isn’t a very good backdrop).

I think that’s it. I hope to get some more knitterly stuff up soon. I’m trying to get pictures and things uploaded so that I can get everything up on Ravelry. We’ll see how I do.
